Facilities Assistant

Job Introduction

As a Facilities Assistant at Sodexo in the prestigious new Cambridge Discovery Centre, You'll will be responsible for our corporate sites continuous improvement and operational excellence. You have a keen eye for detail, and your organisational skills will ensure everything runs like clockwork.  Join Sodexo and be part of something greater.   What you’ll do:  

• Coordinate with colleagues from customer service and housekeeping to deliver a quality service to a variety of customers and clients 

• Advocate Sodexo and the sites facilities, encouraging engagement with the services we provide

• Provide diverse support from hospitality and food services, to IT maintenance and consumable stock monitoring  

• Ensure all operational and safety procedures are properly followed 

What you bring:  

• Previous experience within a similar role would be beneficial

• A keen eye for detail – nothing goes unnoticed 

• Excellent communication skills: ability to connect and work with a young and demanding set of employees 

• Energetic and capable of taking initiative and decisions when needed
